The Success Coach position in the Master Networks Model is a demanding position of opportunity. They must know and understand the fundamentals of effective networking. They must show that they are an individual who makes business training and personal development a priority. They must understand and live the Master Networks Culture – with high ethics, personal integrity and a desire to lift others. They oversee local chapters in an area designated by the Regional Partner.
They must be a leader, influencer and most importantly a teacher. They are great at leading a chapter meeting and at making presentations. They must be a person who accepts responsibility and is accountable for the results.
They work closely with chapter leadership to oversee the successful recruiting efforts, top-notch training segments, and to increase the retention of the chapter. They will work closely with the region to strategize the best locations for future chapters and will be a held accountable for the three stage approach of recruiting, training, and retention.
