What is your method?

By : mnwAdmin |March 18, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

In a recent conversation with someone about the systems and procedures of his business, he informed me that when he had a customer starting a nutritional program, he would set up reminders in his phone. These reminders would activate on the customers start day as well as days 3, 7, 10, etc. up to day 24. This is a total of 9 reminders. When each of these reminders activate, he would either call, email, or send a Facebook message to that customer. This might be possible to manage 1-3 people doing a program at a time but that equates to 27 reminders and 27 tasks to complete. Using the same method, Next Level Suite provides 1 reminder the day before they are scheduled to begin. Then all you have to do is subscribe them to an email campaign that will send all of the emails on the specified days. This can include an email that says “let me know a time to call you,” putting it back on the participant to connect with you. Which method would you prefer?

Give Next Level Suite a try. There are multiple tools, but get started, and use 1 or 2 of the tools and watch how your business can grow and prosper from it. You will want to learn them all.

Successful athletes, business owners and leaders have something in common:  they engage with a coach to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.  The video below shares the story of a Master Networks member who engaged with coaching.  They realized an outside perspective would help them to focus “on” their business and building the structures and systems to allow them to grow.

Out of Sight Out of Mind

By : mnwAdmin |February 18, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

April Larson, Immortal Radiance IT Works Global, is one of our new Next Level Suite users and recently shared a testimonial with us. She imported her past customers into her Next Level Suite account and then sent a blast email to all of them.  The email thanked them for their past business and included a special offer. In return she received 16 responses. Now I ask you, what would 16 return customers look like for you?

Take your average order and multiply that by 16. How would that impact your bottom line?  Now what if just 25% of those repeat customers ordered yet again or better yet became a regular customer, what would that do for you?

If you are out of sight you are out of mind. If you make a one-time purchase or meet someone just in passing and never hear from them again, chances are you won’t remember them and they won’t remember you. Don’t let this happen to you. Let Next Level Suite be the solution to your follow through and keep you in front of your customers.

“I believe in you.”

By : mnwAdmin |February 18, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

“I believe in you.”

Few words provide more inspiration and carry more responsibility. When others share these words with you, they are saying they are willing to follow you as a leader.

You must realize there is no group of people you have a greater responsibility to than those you lead. When you realize this, everything you do takes on new meaning.

So, let me ask you:

  • Who do you believe in?

  • Who believes in you?

  • Do you believe in yourself?

Are the key relationships that are shaping your growth and development coming from people that you believe in and they believe in you? Or is the relationship stale or based solely on compensation?

Do not settle for surface relationships with people that you lead and that lead you. Invest the time, energy and risk it takes to know yourself and those around you deep enough to truly believe.

In the sports world if the coach doesn’t believe in the athlete the relationship will ultimately fail. When a coach truly believes in the athlete, even more so than the athlete believes in himself, the relationship leads to new achievements way beyond their individual abilities. Take the time to find out what a Next Level Coach’s belief in you can do for you and your business.

What do you expect from a coach?

By : mnwAdmin |February 04, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

What is the number one thing top executives expect their coaches to provide?

I recently asked this question at a chapter meeting. The responses shared ranged from organizational skills to motivation to people management. Though these are all important outcomes, they are not the top return-on-investment (ROI) CEO’s get from their coaches. The number one ROI is Self-Awareness.

Self-awareness is critical for anyone to make meaningful changes. CRITICAL. It is deeper than knowing what you like or don’t like to do. Self Awareness encompasses:

  • Where did I come from?

  • Where am I headed?

  • What do others perceive are my talents/ weaknesses?

  • What and who do I need to add to my life?

  • What are the beliefs I need to hold on to?

  • What are the beliefs that are holding me back?

How self-aware are you? Chances are not as self-aware as you need to be. For a discussion on becoming self-aware to help you break through to your next level, I encourage you to contact a Next Level Coach Today! What do you recommend?

By : Chas Wilson |January 27, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

During a recent trip I stopped at an unfamiliar sandwich shop for a quick lunch.  When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the store owner and he asked if this was my first time to the restaurant.  I said that it was.

I was then taken through the “what” and the “why” they are different than other sandwich restaurants.  I was really impressed with the level of explanation and attention.  I was asked if I knew what I wanted.  I then said, “what do you recommend?”.  He suggested two different sandwiches because they sell the most of those two and they are really good.  Of course, I chose one of those sandwiches.

Over the next 30 mins I noticed that not only did he repeat the same process as he had with me, but he sold one of the two sandwiches that he recommended every time.  A brilliant sales process!

What do you recommend?
