What information are you gathering?

By : mnwAdmin |July 22, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

By using a CRM, business leaders and entrepreneurs have access to the necessary business intelligence to understand their contacts’ and customers’ behaviors.  Armed with this knowledge they know

  • which campaigns are working.

  • which customers to target with a specific offer.

  • which messages are creating action.

  • which methods of communication are working.

Gathering this type of information reduces time and money wasted on sending out the wrong promotion to the wrong customer and/or contact.  Correct use of the information allows you to create enhanced, effective and focused marketing and brand awareness.

If you need this type of business intelligence to communicate more effectively with your contacts, try out Next Level Suite for free today. See what your customers are interested in and begin to wow them by being aware of their interests and preferences.

If nothing changes, nothing changes. Take advantage of the opportunity to change what you are doing to change your business.

Getting the Most Out Of Your Coaching Experience

By : mnwAdmin |July 09, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

More and more people are realizing the benefits of coaching. Yet others are not having nearly the return on investment that they should. Here are a few things you need to do to maximize your return from your coaching experience:

Pick a coach that is a match for you. Consider communication style, experience, and success with past clients.  Take time to research and interview several coaches before selecting someone.

Have clear expectations of the results you are looking for.  Share your goals and document measurements of where you are now.  Periodically measure progress to the goals.  A solid baseline of results and clear goals will help keep everyone involved accountable.

Own the fact that YOU will be doing the work. Just as physical trainers can’t lift the weights for you, your coach can’t read, journal and grow for you. Commit to the process and the coach you select. Stay with it for a minimum of 6 months and evaluate from there.

Are you reactive or proactive?

By : mnwAdmin |July 09, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

When local business owners are first starting out, they often operate in a reactive versus proactive mode.  When things get bad they do anything and everything possible to save their businesses.  They react to the situation they are in.  Once the crisis is handled, they will relax and go back to “winging it” until the next crisis; and the cycle continues.  Moving to a proactive approach can be achieved by putting systems and procedures into place.  When local business owners add systems, and thus predictability, into their businesses they move from a culture of crisis to a culture of enthusiasm.

What systems are you using to grow your business? Do you have procedures in place so you know what to do each day, week, and month to improve and grow your business? Join us to learn from someone who has been there and done that multiple times over the years. Dave Jenks will share his first-hand knowledge from his business experience in this 30 minute free webinar. CLICK HERE to register.

To grow your business, you must grow yourself

By : mnwAdmin |June 10, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

To grow your business, you must grow yourself.

Easy concept to understand, exceptionally challenging to adopt.

Why? Typically one reason:  emotions.

We so often make our decisions by what feels right. There is some wisdom to this but so many of us use emotions as the primary factor in almost all our decisions. Emotions of stress and disappointment lead to:

  • Doing it yourself vs holding your team accountable
  • Changing course of actions  vs sticking with your chosen strategy
  • Staying home vs attending that training you so much need

How do you learn to control your emotions and make the best decisions regardless of how you feel? Get a coach. The coach will be the one who will make you a better you.

Investment Strategy

By : mnwAdmin |May 27, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

I was never a solid stock market player. I failed in my first attempt investing in rentals. My Texas Hold’em dreams never accumulated to much either.

Almost all of my investment strategies have failed, except for one. One investment strategy I have used consistently produces results. It continues to give me returns each and every day. What is the most amazing part?  There is no risk and I have full control and transparency on how it is managed.

So what is this awesome investment? Do you want the name of the stock, mutual fund or my broker? I could give you all that, but the name of my number one asset is unique to me as it is to you. My number one investment is me.

Every time I invest in me, I see huge changes in the world around me. I invest in training, education and in having the best tools. But the highest return on my investment came when I invested in coaching.

You need to explore what having the right coach will do for you. You should see at least 5 times your money, I guarantee it!

Tips to get the most out of your trial with Next Level Suite

By : mnwAdmin |May 27, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

Did you know that Next Level Suite (NLS) offers a free trial?  Chances are you would not buy a new car without doing some research and at the very least give it a test drive. The same should be true for Next Level Suite CRM.  To do your research check out the You Tube Channel and FACEBOOK.  Here are some tips to get the most out of your trial.

1) The trial period is a short time to really see the true value of Next Level Suite. So set a small measurable goal for your trial period. After you see how you can quickly reach that goal, imagine what you can do with unlimited time and setting bigger goals each week, month, and year.

2) CLICK HERE to schedule your private demonstration. You will be asked questions to learn more about your business and what features you are most interested in.  Your customized demo will focus on how you can best use some of the other features, based on best practices gathered from our current NLS users. It will be specific to you and your business. Be sure to invite others from your office to see the demo too.

3) Get the office involved in the trial. Chances are more than one person in the office will be using Next Level Suite. With more people using it during the trial, you will learn more and generate better ideas on how to implement for your business.  Hint:  ask us about the Enterprise Account for the entire office or team.

4) Add your contacts to your trial account. Yes, really import a list of clients. You do not need to import all of your contacts but enough to implement some of the key features of NLS.

5) Use all of the features. Sign up for the Executive Account and try them all out. You do not know what you want unless you try it all out. Think BIG about how you can use each of the features.

What is your story?

By : mnwAdmin |May 13, 2015 |Blog |0 Comment

You have a story to tell. Your story connects you to people and makes you a real person. The stories of where you come from and how you got into your line of work are interesting.  The experiences you have along with the twists and turns your path takes allows you to relate to people from many different backgrounds. You may forget to share these stories with others or think that people will not find them interesting or important. Remember, people love stories; they relate to them and remember them.

When you share your story, you share the foundation of your business and where you are going. The story attracts people to you. Think it, write it, live it. Learn how to craft your story by joining us on Thursday, May 14th at 10 AM CDT for this free training with Dave Jenks, Dean of Master Networks University. CLICK HERE to register now.
